AT4 OTR/EM ANWA-TECH Tire Inflation Safety Cage for OTR Tyres

The ANWA-TECH AT4OTR/EM is a professional tire inflation safety cage specifically designed for Off-The-Road (OTR) tyres used in mining, quarry, construction and heavy industrial applications. Its heavy-duty frame and robust construction are engineered to safely handle extreme pressures and the largest OTR wheels.

The cage supports inflation pressures up to 10 Bar and is capable of managing OTR tyres with a maximum diameter of 2200 mm and a maximum width of 1050 mm. It has been successfully tested through a series of explosion tests using a 21.00 R33 tyre inflated to 15 Bar, demonstrating its ability to absorb and contain the energy of a tyre rupture under extreme conditions.

The AT4OTR/EM is built for demanding workshop environments where safety, reliability and durability are critical. Its large internal dimensions and strong structure provide a secure enclosure for the inflation of exceptionally large and heavy OTR wheels, protecting operators from the consequences of tyre bursts while maintaining efficient workflow.
