Monaflex AGRI – Complete Agricultural Tyre Vulcanizing Unit

Monaflex AGRI is a complete vulcanizing unit designed specifically for the repair of agricultural tyres. It enables hot repairs of damaged areas on the sidewall, shoulder and tread, applying controlled heat and pressure to both the inner and outer surfaces of the tyre in a single process.

Thanks to simultaneous internal and external vulcanizing, the tyre is fully repaired and ready for further operation after the vulcanizing and cooling cycle, significantly reducing downtime. The standard configuration covers radial tyres from 250/85 to 1250/50, and the system can be expanded with additional modules to handle other tyre types and sizes. Monaflex AGRI offers uniform pressure and heating, constant air pressure control, and the possibility to vulcanize inserts and fillers in one cycle, while remaining compact and easy to transport and store.
