Typically used for mounting agricultural wheels with a large depth difference between the drop center channel and the rim flange. You can use it on your tire changer. You will also need a rim clamp to work with.

Installation of an agricultural tire using a pneumatic bead breaker

Apply a rim clamp and then place the bead breaker on the rim flange. Press the joystick, which will automatically clamp the mounting jaw on the rim flange and extend the breaker arm. Make sure the tire bead is in the correct location for further installation. You can move the bead breaker around the rim as needed.
