Function:

The RimRite® kit consists of 6 aligners: 3 for M22 x 1.5 pitch thread & 3 for Scania (M22 x 7/8 - 11 BSF pitch thread), Scania Checkthread®, stud hole elongation tester and conical/spherical tester.

Aligners correctly arrange Scania studs to precisely centre the wheel. Scania thread tester facilitates monitoring of wheel stud quality by highlighting any damages to threads. Stud hole elongation tester (SHET) identifies any elongation of the stud holes.

Conical/spherical tester determines the correct nut type to be used with a wheel.

Material:

• Aligners and thread tester:
• high quality premium stainless steel.
• Stud hole elongation and conical/spherical testers: glass filled nylon.
• Application: In garages and workshops as a preventative maintenance measure whilst attaching the wheel.

Main benefits:

• Prevents excess wheel vibration.
• Reduces wear on tyres and suspension. Indicates the quality of wheel studs and whether the studs need replacing.

• Stud hole elongation tester: 21, 24, 26, 31, 32, 33 mm. Scania standard thread size.
