ProGear VulcMaster VM18P vulcanizing press
The ProGear VulcMaster VM18P vulcanizer is intended for repairing all types of tires and inner tubes of passenger cars. The device is mounted on a solid plate enabling the vulcanizer to be screwed to the workbench. Thanks to the tiltable upper crossbar, tire installation is extremely easy. The heaters are pressed using a pneumatic actuator.
The vulcanizer has:
- two large heaters (155mm x 110mm h: 60mm)
- pneumatic pressure on the heaters
- tiltable upper bar
- set of heater covers: concave Ø90mm, concave shoulder Ø90mm, convex Ø90mm, rubber 145mm x 98mm, h: 10mm
- Heating temperature: 140°C
- Heater power: 800W
- Power supply: 230V / 50Hz
